The original facilities at Heslam Park were officially opened in
September 1957. Today, after extensive and imaginative additions
and enlargements, mainly in 1997, and more recently in 2007, the
facilities at Heslam Park provide an amenity which reflects the
ambitions of both Scunthorpe Cricket and Rugby Clubs.
Heslam Park provides the perfect venue for social facilities and
amenities for private parties, fundraisers, christenings, wakes,
discos, dinners, or meetings.

 The Main
Lounge is now extended to 30 metres long by 10 metres wide
with up to 50 square metres of high quality blocked wood dance
floor.With extensive bar facilities included,this magnificent room
is directly serviced from adjoining large modern kitchen facilities
capable of providing silver service for up to 250 diners.
Overlooking,and with direct access to the grassed areas outside,
adults can enjoy their meals in peace while the children have
unlimited space to play. The ideal venue for wedding receptions or
large parties. |
 The Club
Room also has its own bar with the 'Olde Worlde'
atmosphere of a country pub, beamed ceiling and cosy furnishings.
This room at 120 square metres, is the ideal location when catering
for buffet parties rather than formal meals. This can include hot
food if required. The Club Room comfortably caters for up to 60
diners; this is the best facility in Scunthorpe for your
Christening, Christmas or Birthday party. |
The Committee Room, normally laid out as an
impressive Board Room, is the ideal venue for a formal business
 meeting.
Accommodating up to 12 delegates for business meetings or 20 for
conferences, we can serve hot or cold food, and of course, tea and
coffee to keep those delegates awake! This room can also be used
for a large buffet in conjunction with the Main Lounge to maximise
the available space for dancing and socialising.
